Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts for our clients and the company. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content, coordinating with clients and designers, and ensuring engagement across social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various social media channels for clients.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts.
- Develop a monthly content calendar outlining planned posts for each social channel.
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients.
- Liaise with clients weekly to gather relevant content.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to obtain required visuals.
- Write social media posts and advertising copy.
- Schedule all posts according to the content calendar.
- Engage daily with local businesses and followers by replying to comments and meaningful interactions.
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly reporting sheets and meetings.
- Suggest new features to increase brand awareness, including contests and promotions.
- Create educational content and occasionally collaborate with influencers.
- Update and create company guides, templates, and processes to improve the role.
