According to international HR consulting firm Robert Half, the UAE job market is expected to become increasingly competitive in 2025. A recent survey has revealed that more than two-thirds of employees are considering jobs in the coming year. However, employees will face stiff competition as a large number of expatriates are also moving to the UAE for work.
The Salary Guide details annual salary ranges in key sectors and offers job search tips.
1- Finance and Accounting
The salary for a financial planning and analytics manager in 2025 will be ($98,000 to $138,000) while the salary for a tax manager will be ($96,000 to $131,000).
Skills: ERP, bilingual (Arabic/English), corporate tax experience.
Certifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA required.
Top industries: Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, Utilities/Renewable Energy.
2- Information Technology (IT)
A salary guide has also been released for those looking for jobs in IT companies. In which the salary of a product manager will be ($81,600 to $114,250), and that of a software engineering manager ($92,000 to $169,000).
Skills: Programming (Python, Rust, Go), UI/UX, stakeholder management are required for this post.
